What You'll Learn

  • How to put together a play therapy kit

  • How to communicate in a way that encourages growth and establishes a trusting relationship

  • How to set firm limits and discipline without resorting to yelling or spanking

  • How to interpret different play themes to better understand what your child is trying to say

  • How to apply play therapy skills to other areas of life in order to permanently improve the parent-child relationship

**This is a mini-workshop, so topics will be covered at an introductory level only.**
