Group Play Therapy

Group play therapy is an excellent way to promote the development of social skills in children: recognizing and acknowledging emotions, resolving conflict, and learning to cooperate and work as a team. This setting is ideal for children who have moderate delays in emotional and social development. Children are grouped by age and/or developmental level (the appropriate group will be determined at intake).

At $25 per session, groups can also provide a cost-effective alternative to individual play therapy, although this setting is not appropriate for every child. Schedule a free consultation to discuss whether or not group play therapy is right for your child.
